Shipping Destinations: 
Sandsation currently only ships within Australia. 

Processing Times:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped. 

Free Shipping: 

Spend $200 on your order and automatically receive free standard shipping. 

Australian Standard Shipping: 
Domestic shipping costs are determined by the weight of your parcel.

0.01kg - 0.999kg - $13.50 

1kg - 2.99kg - $15.50 

3kg - 4.99kg - $19.30

5kg and up -$21.50

We use Australia Post, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard Shipping lead time is 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped. 

Australian Express Shipping: 

0.01kg - 0.99kg - $18.50 

1kg - 2.99kg - $21.50

3kg - 4.99kg - 23.80

5kg and up - $25.50

Express Shipping lead time is 1-2 business days from the date your order has been shipped. 

Additional Information:
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office,  Australia Post or Sandsation will not be held responsible for any loss or mis-delivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Sandsation via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. Sandsation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
