REFUND / RETURN PROCEDURES
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We do not offer or accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind. We will however, gladly replace an item if it is defected, damaged or are significantly different from our item description*.
In the case of refunds, you will be offered the options of exchange, store credit (of the amount of the items returned) or full refund. Refunds will only be issued if the product is deemed faulty*.
Items purchased on sale or discounted cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please email us prior to returning or posting your items back, so we may determine whether it is a manufacturing fault or not.
On the occasion that it is a manufacturing product fault, Sandsation will cover all of the postage costs associated with returning and replacing the item.
If you return an item before or after we deem it to be a manufacturing fault, you are responsible for all postage costs associated.
If an item, you receive is faulty or vastly different from the sample shown on our website we can either issue a full refund or replace the item.
*Please note, that we only offer full refunds and replacements if the product itself is faulty. Refunds and replacements will not be issued if the item has been used wrong and therefore broken.
